HFL TM65

Unlike our other Fibre laser Machines the HFL TM65 has been engineered with only one thing in mind: small diameter tubes and profiles. It offers efficient processing of tubes and profiles, round, rectangular or square in shape, down to ø 10 mm or ☐ 10*10 mm. Equipped with automatic feeding belt up carries up to 1.5 tons of materials and after cutting the product is unloaded by means of the conveying device. The controlling CNC software calculates length, optimizing cutting sequence minimizing tube waste. The fully Digital Controlled Pneumatic Chucks offer high clamping precision, effortless and speedy clamping combined with high precision. The chuck system has been designed to deliver a long service life, minimum down time and comforms to high safety standards; The Precitech LightCutter 2.0 is the perfect solution for efficient and cost-effective laser cutting. The newest addition to the LightCutter family is designed for medium power range applications, up to 4 kW, in all metals while retaining high cutting quality. Even mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum are no exception to this rule.
