HFL TP80S

The TP80S is a 3D tube cutting fiber laser system capable of cutting tubes up to 254mm in diameter or 200x200 mm squared pipes and profiles. As the larger brother of the TP65S, the TP80S cuts longer tubes and this up to 8 metres long. Equiped with a automatic feeder system the TP80S gives the operator the possibility to work more efficiently. Combining the movement of the tube along the X axis and the rotation of the head (B axis) the TP65S achieves even faster cutting speeds for increased productivity and efficiency. Conventional cutting along the X / Y axis or high-speed cutting combing B / Y axis with combined acceleration up to 3G. The Precitec LightCutter 2.0 is the perfect solution for efficient and cost-effective laser cutting. The newest addition to the LightCutter family is designed for medium power range applications, up to 4 kW, in all metals while retaining high cutting quality. Even mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum are no exception to this rule.
