THREE MOTORS, Three separate work areas, No need for changing heads.

Three-foot pedals, plus manual push button control. Three phase power required. Fast quiet operation.

BENDING: two interchangeable bending tools – with 10 mm and 15 mm bend radius. Max bending angle approx. 100 degrees, Simple angle control with angle indicator.

Machine stops automatically when angle is reached. Spring loaded pin locator for exact positioning of bend location. Adjustable stop for leg length with measuring ruler.

Adjustable limit switch positioning, plus pin wheel dials for angle selection. (no automatic spring back compensation)

PUNCHING: Clean punching with no burr, max hole size 1” (25 mm) Innovative positioning system with scales and adjustable stops in “X” and “Y” directions allows the bar to be positioned quickly and simply to exact required position for punching.

Adjustable sliding stops in all directions makes repetitive punching of various hole patterns easy. Spring loaded locater pin aids in spotting exact position.

Supplied with round hole punches:

7 mm Ø (.276”) suitable for ¼” bolts 9 mm Ø (.35”) suitable for 5/16” bolts 12 mm Ø (.47”) suitable for 3/8” bolts 14 mm Ø (.55”) suitable for ½” bolts

Other sizes to 1” round (25 mm) available on request

Oblong Hole punches:

9 x 12 mm (.31” W x .47” L) suitable for ¼” bolts 12 x 15 mm (.43” W x .59” L) suitable for 3/8” bolts

14 x 18 mm (.55” x W x .71” L) suitable for ½” bolts

Other sizes to 1” L x ¾” wide (20 x 25 mm) available on request.

Easy changing of punch / die sets. Innovative and quick clamp system for holding bottom die in place. Unique hold down and clamping system for easy removal of punch from work piece with special stopper auxiliary unit. Supplied with bus bar extension supporter for punching section.

CUTTING: Clean square cut. Built in hold down device moves with cutting blade. Adjustable stops to set leg lengths with measuring ruler.

Plus, side adjustment to ensure perfect square cuts.

Supplied with holding conveyor (support stand) for long pieces

Round and Oblong punch sets.

Special bending (forming) blocks - to produce single or dual bends - for ground links (see spec sheets for available sizes).
